In the forums the idea of making the twitter plugin tweet from an account for the installation came up so that each blogger on a multi-blogger installation doesn't tweet to their own account only. This idea will be extended to have an installation account, a per-blog account, and a per-user account with a control mechanism for which account(s) actually tweet when posting in this branch.
