Quam Plures is very sensitive to allowing spammers through. The project we forked had many templates that were clearly spamming by distributing links unrelated to the template. Due to that we set a limit on how many credit links a template could provide. The problem is giving fair credit might easily exceed the limit set and thus trigger a "beware of spam" warning. This branch fixes that by removing the "count links in credits" check entirely.
