Each section on each page in the admin side of QP could have a link to a unique page in the manual. This branch provides those links. The downside (and the reason this feature should be removed) is that no one has the time to write the manual pages. BUT the team decision was to keep the code so I figured we need to at least finish up the links, thus this branch.
