Quam Plures started from b2evolution. One of our earliest tasks was to remove all links back to the other app, but it looks like we missed one. This branch is very simple: it removes the link to a page in the other app's manual with a more appropriate comment.
UPDATE: branch merged into core on 2011-08-25.
